Refunds for Tour Bookings:
  • Cancellation by Customer: Refunds for tour bookings depend on the cancellation policy mentioned during the booking process. Generally, full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days before the tour start date. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date.

  • Non-Refundable Tours: Some promotional or last-minute bookings may be non-refundable. Please check specific tour terms during the booking.

Refunds for Products:
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product you purchased is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility for Return: The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.
